We offer a wide range of services related to sustainability in general and specifically to LEED.

As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Montroy Andersen DeMarco is a strong supporter of the organization’s mission:   “To transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life.”

In keeping with this objective, we offer a wide range of services related to sustainability in general and specifically to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), the Council’s green building rating system.

These services include guidance for and achievement of LEED CI (LEED for Commercial Interiors) and LEED NC (LEED for New Construction) certifications; recommendations on green materials, furniture, finishes and lighting; and consultancy on and creation of sustainable designs.
