As executive architect for this 380,000-square-foot building, we worked with the design firm Fagen and Berg Architects to develop key components of the structure’s 45 stories and 275 units.  Operating within the confines of strict zoning requirements, the team created a retail base, a 150-car garage, a 269-unit tower, and six townhouse units.
